Prices, timelines, deliverables, and examples shown on the website are general information, not binding offers. Final terms depend on the specific project and will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Past work and examples do not guarantee a particular business, marketing, search, accessibility, conversion, or financial result. Results depend on many factors outside my control, including the client’s business, market, content, implementation, and ongoing use of the website.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, design, branding, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by Jason Tortorete or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client names, screenshots, logos, trademarks, and other materials shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners.
